Vehicle Assessment Option

When the customer opts for the vehicle assessment service, primarily used when purchasing a vehicle from an unknown party, the following terms apply:

1. Vehicle Assessment Report:
   • Full Images of the Vehicle:
     • Rowm will capture comprehensive images of the vehicle and transmit these to the customer via the Rowm portal, WhatsApp, or another pre-agreed communication method.
   • OBD Diagnostics Tool:
     • Where feasible, Rowm will utilize an OBD diagnostics tool and furnish a report to the customer. The customer assumes full liability for the use of this tool and retains the option to decline this service. If the third party objects to the use of this tool, Rowm will be unable to perform this aspect of the report.
   • Test Drive:
     • With the consent of both the third party and the customer, Rowm will conduct a test drive of the vehicle. A Rowm professional will evaluate and provide an opinion on the vehicle’s condition based on the test drive, including observations regarding the vehicle's sound and any dashboard indicator lights. Rowm disclaims any liability for the accuracy of this assessment.
   • Dashboard Lights:
     • Any dashboard indicator lights observed during the assessment will be documented and reported to the customer.
2. Time Allocation:
   • The vehicle assessment service includes an allotted time of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
   • If additional time is required, it will be billed at £10 for each additional 15-minute interval (a reduced rate). However, if the assessment period exceeds 2 hours without prior agreement from Rowm, Rowm reserves the right to terminate the assessment service.
3. Customer Contact:
   • If the customer is non-contactable during the assessment period, Rowm reserves the right to either cancel the service or proceed with transporting the vehicle if deemed necessary.
4. Liability Disclaimer:
   • Rowm shall not be held liable for any omissions, misunderstandings, or miscommunications of any details related to the vehicle assessment service. The customer acknowledges and agrees that Rowm's liability is strictly limited to the provision of the assessment service as described herein.

General Provisions

• These terms are designed to ensure the thorough assessment of vehicles while maintaining efficient operations.
• All charges and fees mentioned above are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the final invoice.
• By opting for the vehicle assessment service, customers agree to these terms and understand the scope and limitations of the service.
